If you’re looking for a kind, versatile young horse with a solid foundation and an old soul, Diesel is the one. Standing 16.1 hands and still growing, this handsome grulla Quarter Horse/Brabant Draft gelding has been owned since weaning and thoughtfully brought along every step of the way. He has spent the last year under saddle and recently returned from 60 days with a cowboy in Utah, adding even more miles and experience. ️ No vices
️ Hauls and travels exceptionally well
️ Trail rides like a dream
️ Walk, trot, canter with three comfortable gaits
️ Push-style ride with a quiet, willing attitude
️ Cross-country schooled and happily jumps courses, easily packing around 2’3”
️ Trusted with barn dads and ridden and jumped by petite 11- and 13 year old. Hauled throughout Nevada, Utah, and Arizona Diesel is not your typical 4-year-old. He’s been swimming in a lake, crossed water and a great trail horse. Hes been exposed to cows and had a rope thrown off him. He competed in his first show a few weeks ago and did amazing and came home with a few 1sts!  He is kind, honest, and wants to please. He handles new places and new jobs without hesitation and has proven himself to be an incredibly dependable partner. Whether you’re looking for a trail horse, ranch horse, hunter/jumper prospect, or an all-around family horse, Diesel has the mind and ability to excel. We absolutely adore this boy, and the only reason we are considering parting with him is that he’s simply becoming too large for our petite girls. We are excited to see him continue to develop with his next partner. Videos available upon request. ️ Located in Boulder City, NV Willing buyers who can travel will not be disappointed.
