Amber is a stunning paint mare with striking blue eyes. She’s a big, sturdy girl, standing about 15.1 hands. Trained to ride both English and Western, she can be a bit pushy on the ground and will test boundaries if allowed, but she’d be a great match for someone with experience. Amber will ride off by herself or with other horses. No buck or rear. She rides great and knows how to work off leg pressure. She refuses to back off a straight-load trailer, likely due to feeling cramped in a two-horse setup but has no trouble with the slant load she’s used to. Amber loves her food and isn’t mean or aggressive—she just prefers not to be brushed, petted, or fussed over while eating. Amber would make a great trail horse or pick a discipline. She’s barefoot and current on vaccines and coggins. If you want a nice riding horse with no soundness issues without breaking the bank here, you go! She is currently available for adoption.
