“Cat” is easy to work around, a little jumpy around spray bottles but is getting more used to fly spray and such. She turns out well with others and has no known injuries. Cat retired sound with clean legs, but unfortunately she did bleed after her last race. This is an exercise induced pulmonary hemorrhage where the blood leaks from the lungs during intense exercise. This should not affect her in her next career, but could become a problem for upper level barrel racing, endurance rides, cross country or eventing. She is currently being treated for some body fungus but is not contagious and should be gone soon with the MTG treatments we have been giving her.
