Luke is an absolute sweetheart!
Since coming to Cito’s Rescue in February 2026, he has gained weight and confidence. Despite having few teeth he eats hay without issue and is low in pecking order of the herd. He seems to get along with everyone very well!
Luke is sound, in your pocket, loves attention and is on cetirizine for itch otherwise no other supplements or meds!
Due to his age, we are looking for a companion only home for him. He likely could be a horse to hack around with on property but deserves a home to enjoy retirement
Despite his size he is a very easy keeper and is on senior grain with some alfalfa pellets twice daily and some grass hay mix
Luke fits the sweet personality of the breed to a Tee! He lifts feet, easy to handle, loading may take some convincing but otherwise is a perfect buddy for your horse needing a friend or simply someone to love and dote on ❤️
