Knox

Knox is an eight-year-old small Donkey. He was saved from an auction in TN where he had severely overgrown hooves and he is now being worked with to pick up his feet. Although he has made major improvements here at Greenfield Pets Animal Rescue in NY, he currently does not stand for the farrier without sedation. He has also become more comfortable with petting as time progresses. Overall, Knox would do best in a home that can continue to work with him with picking up his feet.

  -Very gentle and has a reserved personality
  -Gets along well in a herd of horses, small ponies and goats.
  -Would be a great livestock protector for a herd because he is very alert and chases dogs out of his pen.
