Kalani ATFO 2025 -Platinum Division

Kalani is She a 2020 QH type mare and non-gaited

She is currently in Training with Katelyn Reese and will be adoptable to approved applicants at the 2025 ATFO in August. Follow her progress at #hopteamkalani

From the Trainer 7/9/2025

This horse is just so fun to have around! She is incredibly easy to get along with and has the potential to go almost any direction! She is consistent no matter where you take her and has so much try for her rider. She does all the things a well rounded horse should on the ground and is getting the hang of moving more effectively under saddle using her shoulders, hips, and core. If you are looking for your next partner that is easy on the eyes check Kalani out! She is adoptable through Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue, INC in August after the Appalachian Trainer Face Off!
Horses typically adopted UTD on vaccines, dental floats, farrier care and all vet needs.
Horse Locations Typically in Appalachia, but please inquire about a horse’s specific location when you apply!
We are looking to adopt to safe homes.
A history of good horsemanship, the ability to provide sufficient care with good vet, farrier and peer references are important. If you are a first time horse owner, we will require you to board at a facility for the first year while you learn more about care. We encourage everyone to take advantage of riding lessons.
Foal adoptions require previous, established experience with youngsters.
Our adoption process makes sure you get the right horse for you – it is a no fail process for finding the right match. Apply at https://wvhorserescue.org/adopt
