IVAN IS OFFICIALLY AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! Sir Ivan the Great is 19years old, and approximately 14.2h. He is supposed to be a paso cross. He is available for an intermediate – advanced person. He loves having a job, and loves having a person! He was not a huge fan of our kid events, he tolerated it just fine, but frequently had ‘mare ears’. He loved the adults though. He is more on the sensitive side, where he will occasionally spook, but the spooks are not excessive. For his spook he has the tendency to freeze for a second and assess the situation. No buck, rear or bolting has occurred. We took him on multiple trail rides, and while alert, he did very well just in a side pull, and even was working on obstacles. He did do jumping with previous owner, and is said to be more forward while jumping. Lovely walk, trot, canter for someone who wants a genuine partner. Great for vet, farrier, and trailer loading! More videos or pictures available on request. More info on www.northwindsequine.org/currentrescues (Adoption Application as well as his adoption fee are listed there).
