Tiger came to Country Roads Animal Sanctuary fearful of many things. With consistent groundwork, gentle exposure, and a lot of love, she’s learned to spook in place and communicate clearly when she’s unsure. She’s still working through her fears with things like fly spray, blanketing, trailering, and mounting—but with her “three times a charm” learning style, she gains confidence quickly.
Started under saddle and full of try, Tiger is healthy, sound, and in the perfect place to continue her training journey. She’s kind, willing, and meets you at the gate with a nicker. She loves her people and is ready to find one of her very own.
The sanctuary she’s currently at is full—and while they adore Tiger and will care for her as long as needed, they believe she deserves the chance to thrive in a home where she can be someone’s focus. If you’re looking for a sweet, smart, and soulful partner, Tiger might be your girl.
