Lily is a quarter horse type mare that is looking for an experienced horse person to continue her groundwork and under saddle training. Lily is a very sweet mare that loves attention and always aims to please. She is easy to catch and work with, stands well for the vet/farrier, trailers, and knows her basic groundwork.
Lily would make a great pasture pal or companion horse as is, or would make a nice project horse for someone looking to start a horse their own way. Scarring on her hindquarters from the kill pen does limit Lily with how much she can do under saddle and she is not recommended for barrels, jumping, etc. Lily is only about 14 hands tall, but is stocky.
