Lily is a quarter horse type mare that is looking for an experienced horse person to continue her groundwork training and build her trust. Lily can still be hard to catch and is nervous about basic groundwork. She is going to be a good sized mare with a lot of potential - a great project horse for someone! Her mother, Roxie, is also in our care.

Lily will always come up to greet you in the field, but usually has to be in a stall before she will let you halter her. Once haltered, she leads very well and has taken several walks around the property - she is not spooky, very brave, and loves to see new things! She stands well for the vet and farrier and has done well learning basic groundwork. Lily still needs a lot of time and patience, but she has potential for any discipline and has a lot of potential for someone looking to train up their own horse.

Adoption application is required. Adoption fee is $500.

All horses are located in Richmond, IL and are up to date on all their farrier care, vaccinations, dentals, and coggins. For more information, email
