Description
Dayzi arrived with an eye injury that required surgical intervention, leaving her with only one eye. dayzi also has sight loss in her "good" eye due to a cataract. She is doing well and adapting quickly. Dayzi is in training learning to be a solid equine citizen. Due to her young age, she will require an adopter with training and young horse experience. Dayzi is a fancy mover and coming along well and is a registered QH. (We require a no breeding contract upon adoption).
September 2022 Trainer Update: Dayzi is now lunging, starting ground driving, and longlining. She has done a lot of in handwork and has begun round penning as well. She is easy to work with but still sometimes can be a bit pushy. She will need someone with experience training babies.
