Wild Thing is a Paso cross who was born in 2003. Wild Thing is halter broke and broke to ride. He is being ridden at the walk, trot, and canter. He can be longed in both directions with a saddle and bridle. Wild Thing can be groomed, fly sprayed, and bathed, and he stands nicely for the farrier.

Don’t let Wild Thing’s name fool you. When he was first rescued with 64 ponies from a neglect situation, he was one of the more difficult ponies to work with. Since then he has learned to trust people, and he has become a completely different pony. He is no longer a “wild thing!” He likes attention, and he follows peole around like a puppy. Wild Thing does best when he is worked with and ridden on a regular basis.

Wild Thing is just one of the ponies that are now available for adoption. Most of these ponies have good dispositions and will make great children's ponies once trained under saddle.
