Yorona is a memorable, dark bay, thoroughbred mare at 16.2hh and 16 years old with a unique blaze.  She has gone by many names – Zara, Kamikaze, Zee, … Regardless of her barn name, she is a very sweet, well mannered, kind, and quiet mare. Yorona even spent a summer getting painted by the camp kids.  She is so patient.  Yorona has been ridden but gets very nervous.  She doesn’t do anything mean or stupid but is anxious.  Yorona might be best classified as greenbroke even though she raced 67 times!  If you have a lot of patience to build her trust and work on riding or if you are just looking for a stunning addition to your herd, Yorona will be just right!
