Super safe, loves to trail ride, very kind soul. This horse would be good for a beginner lesson horse or trail horse, with a group or without a group. Nothing seems to spook him, just a point and you’re going type of horse. He is currently being used in lessons and for summer camp, along with therapy for special ed adults. He could be in your pasture!!! Woodrow is definetly not a leader in the field, he’s kind of a loner and a little face shy. He is very sweet and loving one on one. He’s great on the ground or under saddle and is a gentle and well-behaved equine that can be trusted around children. Imagine a patient and steady companion that patiently tolerates the wobbles of a beginner rider, patiently stands for grooming and calmly navigates trails or arenas. That’s Woodrow. We can pull him out and not even tie him and he will stand were we put him, even if we walk away. He’s a very sweet horse and we will be sad to see him go when he’s adopted.
