Smokey is a 13 yo Paso Fino gelding standing at 15 hands. Smokey has had extensive professional training in the past for the show ring. However, we are selling him as a project horse as his training has been completely restarted from the ground up. He takes a rider but we haven’t gone much farther then the round pen. He tacks up, loads, ties, bathes, blankets, and comes right up to you in the field. He is an eash keeper! He does great ground work and knows his ground cues. He has a work brain he just needs someone who can give him that consistency. I believe he’s going to make someone an incredible horse!

He is registered and has current coggins from 11/2024. After Smokeys owner passed away he was passed around a bit (hence why we had to restart him). He needs someone who has the time to gain his trust and bond with.

Smokey is great in a herd, not bottom horse but not the alpha. He does have a couple quirks that im happy to discuss further to serious inquiries. Please contact me if you have any questions.
