Little Johnny is not so little at 15.2hh+. He is an easy keeper with great manners except he is wary of the farrier.

Little Johnny is a not so ‘little’ 2004, 15.2+hh, bay, Quarab gelding.  He is an easy keeper except for his hooves.  They are thin soled and with his mild Navicular, should have leverage reduction shoes with a 2 degree wedge pad.  Unfortunately he had a bad experience being shoed and is still without.  At this time, Johnny should be a companion only horse.  He is on Equioxx and it has significantly improved his personality.  Johnny is enjoying being handled and hanging with his herd.  His manners were always there but now they shine through.  He will still need some work to on having his hooves done.  Lots of patience is needed and an understanding farrier.   Johnny has some quirks like playing in the water but who doesn’t love that?!?!!  Johnny would make a fun addition to any herd!
