Jolie is an 8 year old solid Quarter Horse standing at 15hh. She is GRADE, NO PAPERS! This mare can sit for months and be the same horse when you pull her out. Jolie is SAFE SAFE SAFE! Trust her with your kids or your non-riding husband/friends. She is a babysitter. She just got her shots UTD, new coggins pulled, and full vet examination done to clear her for a new home. She is sound and ready to go. Farrier just came and gave her a trim as well. Jolie was broke by her first owners and they had her for 6 years. My friend bought her for her beginner husband and has owned her since. Unfortunately, her husband has decided to stick with his dirt bikes and other hobbies. Jolie has been trailered off site, loads like a dream, and has been ridden in rocky areas barefoot. She has very solid feet and only has been shod ONCE her whole life. We recently pulled her shoes as there was no need for them. Since she has been with me on my farm, I have ridden this horse in pitch black next to our local highway (421) with tractor trailers and cars speeding by. Nothing phases this horse. I have hauled her offsite, rode her all around Moss Foundation. She is a more whoa than go type of horse but will break into a nice trot or canter with a good kick. I have been letting an 8 year old ride her the past few weeks and she's in love with her. She stands to be saddled, mounted, dismounted, bathed, sprayed, etc. She is not at the bottom of the totem pole in the pasture but she also isn't considered at the top. Jolie has gotten along easily with my two donkeys, my mares, and geldings. I have pastured her with 4 other horses she has never met before and never showed a sign of aggression. She fits in anywhere perfectly. Jolie was never trained a specific job but has the potential to do just about anything. She is the easiest keeper and could live off a nice grass pasture. The only reason why we are selling is because my friend is trying to get back her filly and needs the money to do so. She already has a nice trail mount who is everything she has wanted but has been back and forth on selling her. Everyone that has been around this mare has fallen in love with her personality. Jolie is located in Erwin NC and although we aren't ready to part with her, she needs a new home where she can be loved and have a job. Her only vice is she does have a nasty scar on one of her eyes. Picture of it is available in her google drive with her videos. The vet checked it out when she had her examination done and said she is still able to see just not 100%. It does not phase her and has no signs of progression or cataract. Old owners said she was hit with a split rein causing the scar. Please call/text for faster responses. If I don't answer, please shoot a text or voicemail as the telemarketers have taken over my phone! 9198209028
