Description

"Ollie" is a super classy, been-there and done-that gelding. If you want a gorgeous gelding that can go do just about anything then this is your guy. He is nice bodied, has a massive mane and tail, and pretty head with a soft, kind eye. He has tons of all-around versatile miles and an awesome handle. Ollie has been used outside, worked on a ranch, sorted, has been extensively trail ridden, he works a gate like a pro, is broke to a rope, crosses anything, has dragged calves and is willing to work hard all day. Ollie is smooth, and can really slow down and lope low and slow, he has an awesome handle, great stop, turn around, rollbacks, sidepasses, backs up, works a gate like a pro, has flying lead changes, and neck reins. Ollie is broke to a full bridle and will also ride two-handed in a loose-ring snaffle bit. Quiet on the ground, stands tied, drops his head to be bridled, easy to catch, good with his feet, clips, bathes, loads, hauls, good for the vet and the farrier, and he even ground ties! Ollie would be a great all-around rodeo horse, could be finished to head or heel, would be awesome at drill team, could compete in playdays, ranch sorting, or team penning. If you need a gelding that is solid and ready for any job that you have for him, this is your guy!
