We pasture board horses with one or two feedings per day as needed. Horses have access to water at all times and are free to just be horses. Any new boarder is isolated at first to be sure they are healthy, then gradually introduced to the other horses until compatible pasture-mates are found. We have a farrier who visits regularly and all our horses are barefoot. Our farrier is also our trainer and keeps our horses tuned up. She is available to work with boarders. We have an annual vet visit in the fall when all horses are vaccinated and their teeth checked and floated if necessary (at owners' expense).
