north point stable is a small facility on 42 beautiful acres in perkasie, pa, run by taylor minnucci. this peaceful, charming farm is welcoming in boarders for $450 a month. full care board includes your choice of grain, free-choice hay, stalls cleaned once or twice daily, and your requests for turnout in one of our large, grassy pastures. turnout boot and blanket changes are included.
the property includes a 6-stall bank barn with 11x12' stalls with dutch doors, hayloft, a heated, updated tack room, a hot/cold wash stall, ample turn out, and a large 135'x135' outdoor arena with all-weather footing, dressage cones, and jumps. the arena is not currently fenced in, but will be come spring. trailer parking is available.
because of the small size of the stable, the horses receive excellent individualized care and attention. north point stable is within riding distance to nockamixon trails, a 15 minute trailer ride to bucks county horse park, and neighbors other farms with indoor arenas. 1 stall is currently available, with 2 more opening up before spring. dressage lessons and training available.
