31 acres, Large, airy 12 x 12 stalls, rubber mats, cleaned daily, shavings added every other day, stall fan, automatic waterers routinely cleaned, Shoofly fly system, fed 2-3 x a day, daily turnout on grassy paddocks, blanketing and un-blanketing, includes laundering, Climate controlled tack room, washer/drier, Hot/Cold Wash stall, 60' round pen, Standard size Dressage ring, Jump paddock, trails nearby, horses hosed in summer as needed, owner supplied insect repellent supplied as needed, grooming 3 x a week on days you might not be able to come out, Scheduling farrier and vet work, and Routine owner supplied wormer. We also have a Restroom, Feed, Hay and Tack rooms all LOCKED at night to ensure your horse and equipment are safe.
Salt added at no additional charge with weather changes.
This is a private, quiet, but friendly facility. NO high traffic chaos on a daily basis. Owner lives on site and has over 25 years experience so you can rest assured your horse will be treated like one of our own who are treated like family!
