Like all horses carrying the official University of Arkansas brand, Jack was properly imprint trained and he continues to be trained under the guidance of professionals. He has it all – great performance bloodlines, fluid movement, striking color, and a calm willingness to please. Jack quietly loads in a trailer and crosses obstacles while carrying pony tack. If you are looking for a weanling to finish – this one has a great start, the movement that judges pin – and the potential to become a really nice uncomplicated show horse. Jack should mature to well over 16 hands.
Jack has the popular bloodlines, conformation, and quality gaits to go to the top of the performance horse world. His sire, Zippo Strait To Fame, is the University of Arkansas D. E. King Equine Program herd sire. Carefully selected for both his bloodlines and cremello color, Zippo Strait To Fame is the son of Zippo Strait To You. His sire, Zippo Pine Bar, is one of the leading Quarter Horse sires of our time. Zippo Strait To You is a phenomenally versatile PHBA Champion. He was the 1994 NSBA High Point Hunter Under Saddle Maturity Horse, and has received 11 PHBA World and Reserve World Championships. He also has a Superior in AQHA Western Pleasure and Western Riding.
On his dam’s side, Jack is out of Details Lil Devil, a lovely Last Detail daughter. AQHA and NSBA Champion Last Detail was a leading HUS producer and is a Hall of Fame NSBA stallion.
