Donnerwerth (Donnerschlag-Werther) is the sire of this attractive youngster. Donnerwerth was the 2001 Prix St. Georges Horse of Year for the California Dressage Society. Great-grandsire Donnerhall has become a legend for both his consistent record as an International Grand Prix competitor and for his exceptional ability as a sire of dressage horses.

Derby’s dam is by Pointmaker (Pik Bube I-Weltmeister) who scored 122 points in the dressage-phase of his 100-day test and has competed through Prix St. Georges as well.
