Dell is flashy, versatile, multi-talented 12y/o reg. foundation bred QH who looks much more like a TB cross. He is 15.2 h light chestnut with a flaxen mane & tail, 2 hind stockings and star and snip.
Dell has been lovingly ridden and shown by both of my daughters for almost 4 years now and is for sale due to the youngest one now going off to college.
He is deep bodied which allows for a longer legged/taller rider than many 16h TBs.
He is a beautiful mover and a super handy jumper with auto lead changes. He's also a great trail horse.
He has taken both my daughters (now both in college, hence the sale) through their "C" pony club ratings, done regional pony club rallies, horse trials and CTs to Beg. Nov. He has also been hound walked and foxhunted, done Training level dressage, polocrosse, and roping with previous owner.
Dell is sound, loads, stands for the farrier, vet etc.
Dell is not suited for a child beginner over fences as he can get quick if his mouth is hung onto. He has been shown over fences to 3' and is a great jumper but does best with a quiet, confidant rider.
