This mare has NRHA Earnings with very limited showing due to lameness. She produces very pretty foals with great minds that are gentle enough for Youth 13 & Under riders. Nova has produced 2 foals, the first is currently 2nd in the NRHA Top Ten, Youth 13 & Under division. He earned over $3000 in NRHA Earnings as a 3-year old in the Open futurities. Her second foal is now a 3-year old, and is currently being trained and shown by an under 13 Youth rider. He is competitive in multiple diciplines with very little professional training. Nova has a mind of gold, and passes this on to her foals. They are all very willing workers, competitive enough for the Open classes, but quiet and gentle enough for the youth to work with.

She is being sold in foal to Hickory Chic Olena. He is an own son of Smart Chic Olena and a grandson of Docs Hickory. His record and offspring can been seen at www.hickorychicolena.com. This breeding was purchased thru the NRHA Sire and Dam Program, so the foal will receive discounted entry fees in the NRHA Futurity and Derbys (see NRHA website for details). The foal will also be eligible for many other Incentive Programs, which are listed on the stallions website. We believe this will produce a dynamic cross that should be competitive in reining, cutting, or working cowhorse.

This mare was only bred a few times as we chose to only breed when we needed a future horse to show. We are selling this mare as she is our last remaining horse. We are getting out of the horse business in preparation for relocation.
