*** STUNNING TRIPLE DILUTE! CHAMPAGNE + DUN + CREAM COLT BY GRANDSON OF MY SKIP VANZI, ALSO TESTED HOMOZYGOUS FOR BLACK GENE - LOCATED IN ARTESIAN, SOUTH DAKOTA: PRIVATE TREATY ***
********************************************************
This colt's sire is an amber cream champagne grandson of PHBA World Champion Halter stallion My Skip Vanzi (AQHA Top Ten World Show, Superior Halter with 52.0 Points, and a World Champion Sire) who is by My Skip Ashwood (2x AQHA Top Ten World Show, Superior Halter with 84.0 Points, ROM Performance with 12.0 Points). Others within his sire's four generation pedigree include AQHA High Point Halter Horse Skip My Cool (Superior Halter with 139.5 Points), Superior Halter mare Melody Beauty (86.0 Halter Points), Superior Halter stallion Real Luck (60.0 Halter and 14.0 Performance Points), 3 Time World Champion Halter and High Point Steer Roping and Halter stallion Zan Parr Bar (Superior Halter with 245.0 Points, Superior Performance with 357.0 Points), and Hall of Fame/AQHA Champion Blondy's Dude (45.0 Halter and 12.0 Performance Points).
The colt's dam is a pretty dun foundation-bred mare, whose four generation pedigree includes multiple lines to Fancy Roan Bar (Sire of ROM Performance Offspring), Superior Halter/AQHA Champion Producer Roan Bar (5.0 Halter Points), and Fancy Baker 2 (12.0 Halter Points). You will also find Race Money Earners Go Man Twist and Whitcomb's Lady Hank, and others such as Forespot Bar (18.0 Halter and 45.0 Performance Points), AQHA Champion/ROM Performance stallion Joe Hank (29.0 Halter and 14.0 Performance Points), Jim Hank (18.0 Halter Points), and Tom Baker (9.0 Halter Points).
He has obvious dun factor markings from his dam, and has just been tested and confirmed to also carry cream and champagne from his sire, making him an extremely rare TRIPLE DILUTE and also tested HOMOZYGOUS FOR THE BLACK GENE as well - what a truly unique color jackpot this nice colt is! He is A/a for agouti (has not been tested for brown, so he may be bay based or brown based, and will be able to produce black-based foals such as classics, grullas, classic creams, classic grullas, etc!) His 2008 half brother turned out to be a classic grulla champagne (black a/a + champagne and dun dilutions.) This colt should produce around 88% dilute foals someday, even when bred to non-dilute mares. He should mature to around 15.0 - 15.1 hh with a powerful build and great muscling. He should make an excellent Halter, Longeline, or Performance/All-Around prospect, or a gorgeous yet capable ranch, working cowhorse, or flashy trail mount someday.
Born 4/28/09. 50% deposit and signed contract will hold until weaning (approximately 8/31/09.)********************************************************
