I've owned Ituro for 5 years, he was my first horse and basically taught me how to ride. He has never bucked or dumped me. He is a gorgeous mover and a lot of fun to be with. He has a long beautiful neck and long legs, thus has a great presence in the show ring. He's suited to hunter and english disciplines. We've done shows every summer I've had him on the local circuit. He will also trail ride, alone or with a group.
Ituro is up to date with dental, chiropractic, ferrier and veterinary care. He is a gentleman when getting all of these services performed, in addition to bathing and clipping. He is sound and has had no medical issues.
Ituro's a very good boy and loves attention.
I'm selling him to the right home because my job and other hobbies don't give me time to dedicate to him that he deserves.
Please email me if you have questions or would like to schedule an appointment to come see him.
Jumping: I have gotten a lot of inquiries about Ituro asking about his jumping ability. Where I have kept Ituro, there hasn't been training or facilities available to work on the jumping discipline so we haven't worked on this. We have done cross rails and small jumps in training, but nothing in the show ring. He certainly has the aptitude for jumping and would be able to learn quickly with the right trainer.
