New Update October 2! Kojack left today to his new destination near Dallas, TX with his happy owners! Only took a few minutes to coax him into the trailer...he hasn't loaded since 2003! What a pleasant surprise!
THIS LITTLE GUY NEEDS A HOME. HE JUST CAN'T BE WITH COWS......... HE GOT INTO THE COW PASTURE TODAY AND CHASED OUR CALVES AND TRIED TO PAW THEM. HE LOVES OTHER EQUINES, HIS INSTINCT JUST TELLS HIM TO RUN OFF ANYTHING NOT EQUINE. HE'S NOT MEAN, JUST MISCHIEVIOUS! HE LOVES PEOPLE! YES, HE TRIES TO PAW UNSUSPECTING DOGS OR CATS, BUT THEY ALWAYS RUN AND GET OUT OF THE WAY WHEN THEY SEE HIM COMING. Selling Kojack is NOT about the money. It's about finding the right home for him and locating a buyer who will use him to his full potential!
About Kojack: a beloved companion animal. He's been ridden a few times but he's very green. Wouldn't take much for an interested owner to make him into a multi-purpose pet: Ride, drive, pack...Kojack could do it all. He just needs the right owner, someone who will take an interest in him and recognize his potential. He wants to be center of attention..sometimes 'getting in your space'. He's just plain hilarious.
He's APPROX 12 hands tall. See the picture of him standing by the round pen panel. I am 5'4" and he stands chest tall to me. Those are 5 ft panels...so you can see how tall he is by comparing to that. Also, his weight may be between 600 to 700 lbs. I'm not good at estimating, but I believe I'm close.
Hinnies aren't common...but when you find one, they're great pets. We are selling him because he chases cows. If you have cattle, Kojack can't run with them. He'll chase dogs, cats, chickens, and cows. But, oh, how funny he is!! Leads, lunges, trim feet, loads fair. Loves to be petted and rubbed!
