This is a great opportunity to own a fabulous, athletic mare with a good foundation. Extremely talented, she has a ton of heart, a great personality.
Tazz is a very nice, easy to ride 3 year old. She is a well-built horse that moves easily. She has a great work ethic and is extremely calm. Beautiful, flashy dun. No white on her, has zebra striping on all four legs, black mane and tail, and a dorsal stripe.
I broke her at the end of February when she turned 2. She keeps her head low and flexes VERY easily. She bends, backs fast, stops quick with her butt underneath her with just saying the word ‘whoa’, rollbacks, side passes, and counter arcs **at the lope**. Not many people can say that they have a 2 year old with less than 90 days training that are able to counter arcs at the lope. She knows her leads and will even counter canter if you ask for it. She is eager to learn and willing to please! She knows all the basics.
She surprises me every day. She is very light in the mouth; I ride her in a snaffle. She trail rides very well, with horses and alone. She crosses water, lunges, ponies, stands while she is getting saddled & shod, lowers her head to put the bridle on, she comes right up to you when you want to catch her, stands still while mounting.
She is fun to ride and is such a sweetheart. Her manners are impeccable. She is a very easy stall keeper; goes to the bathroom in the back of the stall. She loves people….dogs, goats, and cats.
She's a good mare to just ride around the farm on, not afraid of cars, tractors, and drags. Would even make a great broodmare!
Tazz is current on all her shots, wormings. She clips too. She loads well in our three-horse slant load trailer.
She stands quietly to be trimmed and wormed. She stands cross tied and is just a nice quiet horse. She isn't spooky and is good in new places- just needs to see more of them. She doesn't crib or have any other vices.
I hate to start really working on the pattern because this is the perfect time for a new owner to train them “their” way. Every rider has their own style.
