Breezy is a registered Spotted Saddle Horse. She is gaited. 18 years old. Her registered name is Just Another Rumor. She is a black and white tobiano paint. She has been shown before and used to compete in gaited competitions. That was before we owned her, we have only used her as a western trail horse. She has a very smooth gait. She doesn't like to run though, she prefers to walk, so if you're looking for a horse to run then Breezy is not for you. She is pretty bombproof, I have only ever seen her spook a couple of times, and all she did was jog a few steps and look, so she is pretty safe. Safe as any horse can be that is, since no horse is actually "safe". Her nickname is actually Easy Breezy because she's easy going. She doesn't kick, and does well with the farrier. She just stands there while she's getting trimmed and shoes put on. Doesn't buck either. She is a dominant horse, so she can be stubborn. She does require a firm hand. Because of this, she needs a confident, and fairly experienced rider. She has had four foals in her life. If someone wanted to breed her she could have one, maybe two more foals but because of her age no more than that. She does need shoes because if left barefoot, she gets flat-footed and grows out so long so that she's walking on her heel and not her foot. She does great with baths, doesn't mind the hose. Can be a little heavy footed when picking up her feet so sometimes getting the hoof pick and pressing a little on the nerve below her fetlock is needed, though sometimes she does well without it. She loads well. Takes the bit well. Saddles easily. Tacking her up never takes much time for me. When we've had her she's been ridden by a lot of people, me (a 16 year old girl), my friends, my dad and brothers, and a few other people and she has done great. We've had her for 3 years but don't have time to work with her anymore and have too many horses, we just want her to go to a good home.
