This mare sells open for your breeding program or riding. She has been started under saddle and ridden both English and Western. She responds well to natural horsemanship would do best with a quiet gentle rider as she is very trusting and responsive. She is a nice big mover, tracks up nicely, maybe for use as a pleasure, hunter, jumper or dressage prospect. She has some Lippazon breeding way back on her sire's side, so has inherited the thicker mane and tail and some of the balance and movement seen in that bloodline. From her dam's quarter horse side she has inheritied disposition and athleticism. She is a big athletic mare at 16 hands and has 1/4 TB, 1/2 Quarter Horse and 1/4 Appaloosa breeding. She's been started out on the trails and is doing nicely. Crossed running water first time out and walked calmly through it. I've started lounging her over ground poles and she goes right over them. She doesn't try to run off with you and stands quietly for saddling, grooming and when you get on and off of her. She learns quickly and is very trusting. Casady Casanova, Dr Kirk, Pass Catcher, Easy Jet etc., lots of performance breeding. No Dash For Cash or Beduino if you are looking for racing or barrel outcross. Sire is ApHC 16.3h black with white blanket. Cashmere might be a nice addition to your sport horse program. Dam was ROM race winner. Cashmere takes after the TB bloodlines top and bottom. Traces back to Pass Catcher who won the Belmot. Casady Casanova is an AQHA sire who produces lots of point earners in hunter and other English events. Pretty bay with dorsal stripe, thick mane and tail at 16 hands with a nice hip. She doesn't kick or bite and is friendly when you approach her in the pasture. Can get her ApHC permit if you want to be able to show her in breed shows. Original owner/breeder. Sound with no injuries. Only selling because I am going with more cowhorse bloodlines.
