Big, athletic, and movement like a dream, she was the perfect mare to finally get my long sought after Cabardino baby from. Dove was born on June 30th, 2011. At the time, I had a large successful hunter/jumper training facility. Since then, for many reasons, I have gotten out of horses. I have hung onto Dove for a while, but I know now I do not have the time to bring her to her full potential. Dove at 28 months is right around 15.1 hands, expected to mature to about 16 hands or so. She has huge movement, and is a very confident filly. She'll ground tie while you clip her, basically sleeps while you clip her ears (just did them today, 1/12/14). She's been loaded a few times, has had her mane pulled a few times, ties and bathes like a dream. She will stand on crossties all day. She is turned out with mares and geldings, ponies, whatever. Her dam had a filly two years before Dove, sired by Camiros, and that mare is now 16.1, very big built, and went to a top Jumper stable. Cabardino's offspring speak for themselves! Her price is low for a few reasons (I know fillies with similar breedings at this age can go for $20,000+). I am out of horses and just want her to go to a good home who with utilize her abilities. I'm busy with Nursing school! Also, she has a very mild form of Horner's Syndrome. Won't affect her athletic or breeding career, but she does sweat on one side of her neck more than normal. Please only contact me if you are serious about her KNOWING she has this condition. Again, it will have no affect on her career as a performance horse, or broodmare. And of course, she is up to date on all vaccines, worming, farrier. If you want a top quality bred filly, but don't have much to spend, she may be your dream! Vet says she's ready to start under saddle! Please call or email, I will be happy to answer any questions!
