BHR Rockin Dude ("Cash") was bred by the great Pederson Broken Heart Ranch near Firesteel, South Dakota. His sire is BHR Super Frost, and his dam is BHR Missy Special (Shake It Special (Special Effort) x BHR Missy Rocket (Jet N Rocket x BHR Missy Socks, BHR Missy Socks is the dam of the great BHR Frenchies Socks [who with only four small foal crops, his offspring have earned in excess of $125,000 and climbing fast!] ). Cash's half-brother (same dam) just sold for $25,000. If you know anything about, and can appreciate pedigrees, this boy will blow your socks off! He's got name behind him like Three Bars, Doc Bar, Top Deck, Raise Your Glass (goes back to Native Dancer), Go Man Go, Some Kinda Man, Jet Deck, Pacific Bailey, Rocket Wrangler, Dash For Cash, Laughing Boy, Lightning Bar, Driftwood, and more!
I have raised Cash since weaning, and he is truly a gem! He is a golden palomino, but is getting darker every year. He even has some chocolate areas, and may turn into a chocolate palomino, just like his sire (his sire's coat color did the same thing). He has won several local horse show halter classes as a yearling. He is structurally correct and sound. Vet checks are welcomed, at buyer's expense. He clips, bathes, loads, and stands for the farrier. He has all 4 shoes on right now. He is up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and has a current coggins.
Cash has been started under saddle. He had 60 days of training as a fresh 2 year old and then put out to pasture to mature. He is the kind of horse that if you show him something one time, he doesn't forget it. I let him sit in the pasture for 6 months without being messed with at all, and pulled him out to ride him with no problems or hesitations at all. He has no buck/rear/kick/bite to him. I give him a very small margin for error, and I do not tolerate "studdyness". I can pull him out from the pasture with a rope halter on and walk him by the mare with no problems. He will want to quietly nicker to them at first (if he hasn't been out of his pasture for a while) but he is very easily corrected! I do not get mess with him very often these days, but when I do, he is the exact same horse every time. He is worth his weight in gold for that quality alone! He has the greatest attitude I have ever seen from a horse, and truly has a desire to please whoever is working with him. He is very docile, laid back, and nothing fluffs his feathers. That being said, he can still fly with the best of them, and definitely has that famous Frenchmans Guy (and Special Effort) engine!
Cash will come from anywhere on the farm when you whistle and call his name. He is very responsive to verbal commands, on the lunge line and in the saddle. He rides in a snaffle, or just a halter and lead rope bareback. There is really nothing that you can't do with him. As I said before, he is an absolute gem, and it kills me to sell him. The only and I mean ONLY reason he is for sale is because I do not have the time or money to haul him and campaign him like he should be. I just got married this September, and I'm trying to get through college and into nursing school. I am not doing him any justice or favors by holding onto him, and I only want what is best for him. So it is with a heavy heart that we are offering him for sale.
I am open to offers on his sale price, we are asking $9,000. I can provide more pictures and video upon request.

PICTURES OF CASH ARE NOT UP TO DATE! They are from various stages of his life! I CAN SEND THEM UPON REQUEST AS WELL AS VIDEOS!
