I never intended to sell Indy, I have had her since she was 3. However, my young, 17 hh gelding is in love with her and he becomes unruly in her company. Don’t let her age deter you, she is still an amazing athlete with a zest for life! Indy has done hunter jumper, eventing, jumpers, endurance, and countless miles of trails. She jumps up to 3’6” and will go up to 3ft without any rating by the rider. In the Hunter Jumper ring, Indy is calm enough for an older child. She will stretch down into the bit and lope around carefree. In jumpers or eventing, she is still calm and easy for the rider to handle but her energy level rises to the level of competition. On trails Indy does not spook at anything. She has been over bridges, through mud, water, swimming, traffic, etc. She has incredible endurance and stamina, going for 30 miles at a time. She has never exhibited any kind of lameness. She is an easy keeper, in excellent health with absolutely no bad habits. She has perfect confirmation and fabulous bloodlines. She stands perfectly still for vet, farrier, bath and loads in a trailer by herself. She cross ties, picket lines and ground ties to tack up. All of Indy’s gaits are comfortable and easy to ride. This is an awesome horse for a child (in controlled environments), a youth, or adult who wants to ride hunter jumper, jumpers, eventing through novice/training, Fox Hunting or trails. I will require a home inspection and vet reference, I don’t mean to seem snooty but I adore Indy.
