Billbo is currently with us in Texas enjoying escaping the Canadian winter. He came down with us in December and will be returning to Alberta mid-April. I have used him here for the winter as my trail horse to explore the Texas Hill country and have enjoyed him immensely. He is a perfect gentleman to travel with and has taken all the new things he has encountered on this adventure in stride. We willingly loads on the trail, all that is necessary is to lead him to the door, his lead shank can be thrown over his back and he loads himself. He loves getting out on his rides. He has a powerful walk that he settles into and will hold for miles regardless of what other horses are doing around him, this is just one of the things that makes him a relaxing, fun ride. I really can't say enough about how much fun I have had with this horse and how much I like him. I have owned him since he was 2 years old and I want to see him go to a great home. I will guarantee him sound both physically and mentally. My reason for selling him is I have younger horses that need my attention and I don't have time for both. Billbo is at a stage where he could help someone learn and be that special horse in someone's life.
