For On Farm Lease Only! Baily is a lovely boy and is sweet as pie. He takes up anyone's leg. He is solid wtc and over 2ft jumps(but has not been jumping for about a yr now should go back into it with no problem)He is a spurs kind of horse and will not take off, buck bolt etc. AUTO changes, and knows a good bit of dressage training for the dressage rider. Farm is lovely with a 40ft indoor round pen, miles of trails and hacking around the farm, grass ring with jumps. Barn with indoor washstall, bathroom and all amenities. Options to show at many show, lesson offered or you can bring in your own trainer. Park like setting and very laid back. 275 a month half lease(3 days a week) 550 full lease (5 days a week). No off farm leases.
