"Diablo" is a 10 year old bay gelding. stands around 14.2. I'm selling because i'm a full time student, single mom to a 1 year old little girl and just found out i have a ruptured disk in my lower back! He's pretty high strung and very quick, but if you're an experienced rider, he's lots of fun! He's not legged up right now or the price would be higher, it wont take much to get him going again. he's an easy keeper, not one single health or joint issue the entire 4 years I've owned him. Has a "been there, done that" attitude no matter where you take him. Hauls like a champ. stands for the farrier,baths and clippers.He's a barrel horse, first and foremost. I have also had him in the sorting pen, breakaway roped and heeled off him, but i wont call him a rope horse. He definitely wont be out run though! I've pasture rode him and penned cattle, but he's not a trail horse. He loves people, not a mean bone in his body, but he MUST work or he gets himself into trouble! He is a little quirky and doesn't need an easily intimidated rider, but kids have rode him. He'd be ideal for someone who goes to barrel races/rodeos often. He was running 2D times in the Fort Smith Arkansas area in 2008. Price is VERY negotiable to the right home!
