" Jake " is a BIG boned, beautiful AQHA gelding. He stands a solid 15.3 and is stout. He has wonderful ground manners and has been schooled in barrels. He is not super fast but sure footed and forgiving! A GREAT FIRST barrel horse. He does have the size for a man and the finess for a woman. He is currently ridden by a 13 year old girl would would be considered a novice rider. He could be a great family horse. He is not complicated and a very good boy. He is great in the pasture and a super easy keeper. Jake is kind, patient and is a good companion and friend. He gets along with others in the pasture. If you are looking for a horse to enjoy on the ground, mounted, feel safe and have fun you must see Jake. He is so handsome, solid and a real good guy. Dob 2/2004. Current on everything and had his teeth floated last month. UTD on everything, clips, loads and is just great for just about everything. :)
