Eowyn is a black/bay 16.1h registered/branded (German Verband)rising 4 year old Hanoverian mare. She is sweet and soft, super easy to deal with (vet/farrier), and very ready to continue her under saddle training. She has been lightly backed but has had extensive ground work. She is a dream to lunge and long line.
Her sire is the truly talented and beautiful Escudo II. Much can be read about him on line, but he is one of only 2 standing Hanoverians in NA that scored high in both the dressage and jumping index. Eowyn’s dam is a 17.1 JC TB ex steeplechaser who is approved with the Hanoverian verband, (with very popular sporthorse/TB bloodlines). So while Eowyn is a papered Hanoverian, she is 50% TB, making her extremely attractive to eventers, hunters and other sporthorse TB fans.
I’m posting her at this price until the end of May, at that point her price will be increased to reflect her progression in training under saddle.
