We don't really want to sell Wilma, but we have found ourselves to be a bit too overwhelmed with too many horses and not enough time to work them all the way they love to be... Wilma has been driving since the age of 2. She is FHANA/FPS registered but has not gone to her adult keuring even though we have paid twice for her to go, we just couldn't get there!! Her sister out of the same mare is a Grand Champion Driving horse, and we believe Wilma will be too, she will need just a little refreshing to get her ready. I drive her on the 4 wheeler trails down on our farm that has access to thousands of acres for us to play on both in harness and in saddle. Wilma does a nice job yielding to your leg when riding her, and she drives with a simple half halt on the reins with your fingers...
We have 10 horses and it has been a nightmare and tearful experience to decide who has to go. Wilma is the only of the Friesians we will be selling with the exception of the 1/2 Friesian 1/2 Gypsy colt we are selling too... The babies were not nearly as hard as the adults to decide who we wanted to sell. We have a video of Wilma driving in the snow, but it doesnt do her justice due to her having to work so hard in the deep snow... The pictures say it all though...
