Owner's health forces herd reduction sale. Beautiful, sweet-tempered mare. Could sell with a breeding to RA Magna Khan (RA Kubla Khan X Annies Sister). Halters, leads, loves attention. Gets along well with other horses. Under saddle training neglected simply because of time; priority was given to horses that were raised specifically to be sold. Since Caliente was a planned breeding stock addition, training was limited to basic handling skills. Caliente is sound, solid, and could produce wonderful foals and still be trained as a riding horse.
