Bennigan is a bay 17 hand 2003 Thoroughbred gelding. He has a lovable, in your pocket personality, and is a blast to ride. He has competed this season at Training and First Level dressage at USDF rated shows, and has been extremely competitive; consistently bringing home top ribbons and scores in the upper 60s to low 70s. At Pinehurst in May, at his second rated show, he was awarded the Kryptonite Award for Highest Score Non-Warmblood of the show! He was just recently awarded USDF’s Thoroughbred Horse of the Year at Training and First Level, for the entire nation! He was also USDF Region 1 Reserve Champion for Adult Amateurs at Training Level. In December, Bennigan debuted at Second Level, winning his class with ease with a 66.9%. He is an easy keeper, lives outside 24/7, great for vet and farrier, and self loads. Also a capable jumper, Bennie has gone cross country and has schooled courses up to 3'3 with plenty of scope. He truly is a sweetheart, and will excel in any discipline.
