glendale's katie belle is a 2008 connemara x tb mare by the imported connemara stallion, *rattle 'n' snap laddie boy. 15 hds, very big bodied. she was born and raised in va, and has joined us at fade to grey farm to extend her training in eventing and foxhunting. she is a very quiet and brave pony, enjoys attention, and is a willing worker. she trail rides alone or in a group; crosses water, jumps small ditches, and goes up and down banks. she is just beginning more formal training on the flat, and would make a very fancy dressage mount. she has also been started o/f; she is jumping small logs and crossrails. she is currently cubbing with the bear creek hounds. she is quiet in the field, can go in the front or back, and is excellent with the hounds. she has gone to one show, and behaved like a pro. very quiet on the grounds, easy to handle, and earned ribbons in every class! was reserve champion half-bred at the region iv show.
