onyx is a gorgeous 15.2 hand 8 year old black and white paint gelding. he is a nice hunter currently showing in the novice hunter division over 2'6" fences. he is always in the ribbons, winning champion several times continuously in the schooling shows. onyx is consistent with his lead changes, and does require a soft handed rider. onyx is ridden in a snaffle and has a very quiet personality, and moves at a good steady pace. he is brave to the fences and has a strong work ethic. the reason for selling is because his owner has sadly outgrown him and is looking to move up for the next show season. onyx loads, clips, lounges, and stands well for the farrier, and has no health issues known to date. he is current on all vaccinations, wormers and coggins.
