Emilena has started her training and is almost under saddle. She has been amazingly calm and accepting of each step. Emilena is a very feminine filly by Top Dutch Stallion UB40. Emilena is a very nicely bred dressage prospect who ranked 1st premium at her inspection at Iron Springs Farm. Emilena comes from an excellent mare line so she could double as a broodmare at some point. Her mother produced the North American Reserve Champion with the KWPN-NA a few years back. Her sire, UB-40 stands at Iron Springs Farm. His pedigree includes a long list of dressage horses and he, himself, excels at dressage. While Emilena is 15.1 now, we expect her to top out at 16 hands While Emilena is a dressage prospect, she could probably jump the moon as she is highly athletic and does have some really good jumpers in her pedigree.
