Wild Thing was acquired from a neglect situation with 64 ponies. All of the ponies came to us afraid of people due to a lack of handling. Wild Thing is a more difficult pony to work with, and he needed an experienced trainer to work with him. He is now halter broke, leads well, will stand tied, and accepts a saddle on his back. Wild Thing is still not consistent about being caught, but the trainer is working on that. The trainer is also working on touching his legs in preparation for picking up his hooves.
We want to continue Wild Thing's training, but trainers are expensive. Please help us to keep Wild Thing in training by going to our website www.hopeforhorses.com and donating to his training fund.
Thank you!!
